We support the communities where we operate and where our personnel live and work, by encouraging and helping a variety of organisations, charities, education institutes and sporting groups.

Forgacs people participate in a variety of activities throughout the year, ensuring they contribute through charities, donating their time and participating in key events. We encourage and assist where possible employees, who decide to dedicate their spare time, to some well-deserved community events.

We have strategically engaged with government and education partners to ensure their people are highly skilled and prepared for the future direction of the WA economy, while also helping to support the training and development of the next generation of Forgacs.

Forgacs has forged a close alliance with South Metropolitan TAFE in Western Australia, to better support an environment of collaboration and innovation, and ensure closer links between both industry and TAFE to guarantee future workforce development priorities.

Forgacs are also sponsors of the Kwinana Industry Council iWomen and iMen program. These programs are aimed at mentoring 32 Year 10 High School Girls and Boys to take Science and Engineering pathways. Forgacs provide mentoring and career advice opportunities, accredited fire training, a tour of facilities and an award for the most promising student who shows leadership and initiative on the day of their training.
